• Manufactured by one of Europe’s renowned manufacturers in the field of concrete machinery, Wiggert + Co., of Germany.
• The planetary counter-current mixer used in Eastern Precast allows for intensive mixing action that ensures a homogenous mix within the shortest possible time.

Concrete Distribution System

For concrete transport and distribution, Eastern Precast is equipped with the latest Wiggert +Co. concrete distribution system.

Stone Quarries & Crushers

Due to ETE’s emphasis on high –quality precast concrete products, the company embarked on setting up its own crushing plants in order to maintain the quality of the stone aggregates used in its concrete mixes.

Raw Materials Storage

Aggregates are stored in separate compartments where every compartment is clearly labeled in order to avoid any mix up of different aggregates. Storage compartments are shaded in order to maintain the temperature of concrete.

Aggregate Washing Plant Chiller

High capacity aggregate washing plant is being used at Eastern Precast in order to wash dust of stone aggregates before being mixed with the other raw materials.

During hot summer temperatures , only chilled water is used in our concrete mixes to control concrete temperatures below 32 degree celcius.

Water Treatment Plant

Our Concrete Batching Plant at Eastern Precast is equipped with Water Desalination Plant.
